Refund Policy

Important Notice

All services and products at Sally's Aesthetic Parlour are NON-REFUNDABLE once booked or purchased. Please read our policy carefully before making any booking or purchase.

Booking Deposits

  • All appointment deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Deposits secure your appointment time and are deducted from your final service cost.
  • Deposits cannot be transferred to another person or converted to store credit.

Beauty Services

  • All beauty services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or personal circumstances.
  • If you have concerns about a service, please speak with our manager immediately so we can address them during your visit.
  • We guarantee to rectify any service errors at no additional cost, but this does not entitle you to a refund.

Products & Wigs

  • All skincare products, wigs, and hair extensions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once purchased.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any beauty products or hair items.
  • Products are carefully inspected before sale. Please check items thoroughly at time of purchase.
  • We do not provide refunds for products that do not meet your expectations after purchase.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment time forfeit the full deposit.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and will not receive any refund.
  • We do not provide refunds for appointments missed due to traffic, weather, or personal emergencies.
  • Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.

Legal Compliance

While our policy is strictly non-refundable, we comply with all applicable South African consumer protection laws. In the rare event that a refund is legally mandated by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or other legislation, we will process it according to legal requirements. However, this does not override our standard non-refund policy for the scenarios described above.

Resolving Concerns

Although we do not provide refunds, your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about any service or product:

  • Speak with our manager immediately during your visit
  • Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will work to resolve issues through service corrections or adjustments where possible
  • All decisions regarding service corrections are at the sole discretion of management
