Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Sally's Aesthetic Parlour. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and products. By booking any service or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Booking and Appointments

  • All appointments require a 50% deposit for services over R800.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after deposit payment and written confirmation from our staff.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
  • Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time without reduction in cost.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment time will forfeit the deposit.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
  • We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide full refunds or reschedule at your convenience.

Payment Policy

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Product prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Service deposits are non-transferable between clients.

Client Responsibilities

  • Disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications before any treatment.
  • Remove all jewelry before treatments where applicable.
  • Arrive with clean hair for hair services and clean face for facial treatments.
  • Minors under 18 require parental consent for all services.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, we cannot be held responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions to products despite patch testing.
  • Pre-existing skin conditions that worsen despite proper treatment.
  • Damages to personal belongings brought into the parlour.
  • Results affected by client's aftercare not following our instructions.

Product Returns and Exchanges

  • Skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
  • Wigs and hair extensions can be exchanged within 7 days if unopened and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and comply with POPIA regulations. Your personal information is used solely for booking purposes, treatment records, and service improvement. We never sell your information to third parties. Full details available in our Privacy Policy document upon request.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gauteng Province.
